Core
We proudly offer next-generation structural foam cores engineered for demanding composite applications. Our Atlas series (F, HPE, and HPE HT) surpass traditional PET and PVC cores in mechanical, thermal, and processing performance — all while reducing weight, resin consumption, and environmental impact.

Atlas HPE
A truly versatile and robust core material, Atlas HPE features a high cross-linking IPN (interpenetrated polymer network) structure, delivering:
- Superior static and dynamic load resistance
- Outstanding fatigue strength and energy absorption
- Up to 70% resin saving compared to PET and PVC foams
- Certified EPD (Environmental Product Declaration) for structural sandwich panels
Applications: Wind blades, marine structures, train interiors, containers, special vehicles, sporting goods, and more.
Service Temperature: -180°C to +90°C
Processing Temp: Up to 130°C
Densities Available: 98–250 kg/m³
Available Thicknesses: 5–300 mm (depending on density)

Atlas F
Atlas F is a lightweight, flexible structural core material made from a high cross-linked polyether-polyester IPN formulation. It is engineered to combine excellent mechanical resilience with easy handling, making it ideal for interior and lightweight applications.
- Resin saving up to 60% compared to PET and PVC
- 30% lighter than PET, 20% lighter than PVC
- Certified EPD for sustainability and life cycle analysis
- Excellent static and dynamic load resistance with superior energy absorption
Applications: Yacht interiors, RV and caravan walls, lightweight furniture, exhibition stands, architectural forms, movie sets, and themed environments.
Service Temperature: -180°C to +95°C
Processing Temp: Up to 120°C
Densities Available: 52–100 kg/m³
Available Thicknesses: 5–500 mm (depending on density)

Atlas HPE HT
Atlas HPE HT is a high-temperature structural core foam designed for demanding composite manufacturing environments. It offers superior heat resistance, mechanical performance, and bonding quality without excess resin buildup.
- Excellent mechanical and thermal performance
- High processing temperature capability (up to 150°C)
- Resin uptake reduced by up to 70% compared to PET and PVC
- Exceptional skin-core cohesion with no resin-rich zones
Applications: Wind turbine blades, marine structures, train floors, special vehicles, containers, and high-temp molding tools.
Service Temperature: -180°C to +110°C
Processing Temp: Up to 150°C
Densities Available: 110–300 kg/m³
