Description

MR 1080 is a semi-permanent mould release agent designed for the rotational moulding of thermoplastic polymers such as polyamide, linear and cross-linked polyethylene, and polypropylene. Once applied, it cures to form a solid, non-transferring, anti-adhesive film that ensures clean and efficient demoulding.

This advanced release agent enables multiple releases per application without incrustations on the mould or transfer to the part, ensuring dimensional stability, cleaner moulds, and reduced scrap rates.
